Lodging Info & Policies

Check-In/Out: Check-In: 4:00 PM or later, Check-Out: not later than 11:00 AM

Payment: A deposit of 100% of the first night at the time of booking. Balance, if staying multiple nights, will be charged on arrival.

Cancellation: Cancellations or changes in reservations must be received at least 3 days prior to reservation arrival date to be eligible for a refund. Refunds on cancellations made less than 3 days in advance will be forfeited. All cancellations are subject to a 3.5% card fee.

Taxes & Fees: 15.5%
7% state tax; 5% county occupancy tax;  plus 3.5% credit or debit card fee.
Please Note, an additional 3.5% card fee will be charged for cancellations.

Pets: There are no pets allowed with the exception of service animals if kenneled at night.

Smoking: Campus Inn is a non-smoking establishment. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors or within 20 feet of doorways.

Parking: Street parking only.
